Dear One,
The seasons are shifting, and to celebrate the turning of the wheel I warmly invite you to join me in Cacao Ceremony in honor of Winter Solstice, where we gather our hearts together in sacred space with a warm cup of Cacao to open ourselves to higher guidance, to release what no longer serves, and set heartfelt intentions for a brand new cycle beginning.
Winter Solstice is a Holy Day, and a powerful portal of change. It is the shortest and darkest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This day is considered to be the beginning of Winter, where we arrive at the precipice of deep internal transformation. Winter is a time of unseen activity under the surface, so much taking place in the darkness. It is a time to withdraw and align with stillness and peace, listening for our inner truth and allowing the rhythm of our hearts to guide the path moving forward. This is a sacred day that invites us to embrace the darkness and find the light within.
We will be drinking Ceremonial Cacao, allowing the loving spirit of Cacao to guide the way into the depths of the heart and connect with the light within. From the heart-centered place, we have the ability to access what is true, and we let Love guide the way forward for the year ahead.
Winter Solstice is a time to plant sacred seeds filled with loving intention of what will be birthed in the coming year, and releasing what we are leaving behind in 2021.
It is a very powerful day to be in sacred space and attuned with the many blessings and empowerments that come with this energy as we honor the rebirth of light emerging from the darkness.
In ceremony, we create an expansive field of healing energy that becomes healing energy for the world. These ceremonies are deeply powerful healing experiences held in a gentle, loving container of divine support. Together we will work with the Solstice energy in the best possible way, bringing healing and strength to our journeys, and sending these blessings into the world.

If you don’t have Cacao- our heart-opening guide for this ceremony- you can still join and receive the healing energy of the ceremony! You can drink a special tea or other (non-alcoholic) elixir instead. The energy of ceremony is powerful and you will still receive the heart-opening energy and guidance of Cacao Spirit in this container.

This ceremony is offered with two exchange options: $33 or $13 as a sliding scale option. Please choose what works best for you.

* If you are unable to make the scheduled time, please register anyway and you will have access to the REPLAY after the live call so you can participate and receive the healing energy of the ceremony at a time that works for you.
* The ceremony will be recorded, so if you prefer to not be visible to others on the recording you can join anonymously. You can join with your video turned off, and you have the option of renaming yourself once you've entered the meeting. You will not be required to speak unless you are called to share.

For drinking Ceremonial Cacao, some reminders to enhance your experience with Cacao Spirit:
Avoid eating a heavy meal 2-3 hours before the ceremony
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and all other altering influences the day of the ceremony
Drink water throughout the day prior to ceremony
