Beloved,
We are in the midst of a transformational time of shifting into a heart-centered reality, and it requires moving away from thinking from the mind to aligning with the guidance of the heart. Collectively, we are being asked to open our hearts and embody Love in our daily lives, in all that we do.
The core of all of my offerings and work I do in the world is Love. It starts from within myself, this foundation of Love. It wells full in my heart, and expands outward helping others to open up to the Love that dwells within each of us.
I am here to help you awaken to the Love that is always within your heart.
The biggest journey we can take is the one that leads us into the heart, where we learn what love really is. Over many years I have devoted myself to strengthening self-love and learning how to truly love myself. It all began with my arrival in the desert where I unknowingly planted myself on the most expansive healing journey of my life. I found myself guided into deep work opening the heart through different modalities and practices that helped me find true love within.
Through this work I let go of searching for love outside of myself.
The heart opening tools I work with continuously strengthen my capacity for unconditional love and compassion towards others, and most importantly myself. I work with ancient mantras, meditations, daily self-care practices, loving nourishment, and Cacao medicine.
OPENING TO LOVE WITH CACAO
I first met heart-opening Cacao Spirit in 2014, at the second annual Spirit Weavers Gathering in Joshua Tree. This gentle, feminine plant teacher was introduced to the women at this gathering through a powerful ceremony shared by a Columbian woman named Paola I’x, a beautiful radiant spirit in of herself whom would soon become a profound influence in my life, as teacher, as friend, as beloved soul-sister.
My journey with the heart-opening medicine of Cacao unfolded both swiftly and patiently after that first Cacao Ceremony held by Paola. Quickly thereafter, I received the guidance from Cacao Spirit that I was to start going deeper with her medicine on my own, and under the guidance of Paola I was able to start making my own ceremonial Cacao working with the same Guatemalan Cacao she served us all in ceremony. I found myself in love with this new sacred morning practice of sitting with a cup of Cacao at sunrise everyday. This was a time of deep listening, inward focus, heart healing, and bliss.
This was my own private daily ceremony, listening and learning from Cacao Spirit how to embody compassion and unconditional love for people in my life I struggled coming into peace with, for the world, and most importantly for myself.
I sat with Cacao as a solitary practice every morning for over the course of a year, and all that while I never visioned myself to be serving Cacao Ceremony to others, but ultimately I was given clear guidance from Cacao Spirit that it was time to start sharing her medicine with others. In 2015, I shared my first group ceremony and it awakened the Love in my heart like never before. I have continuously shared Cacao Ceremony on a regular basis for the last few years and am continuously in awe of the power of this sacred medicine and the gifts she blesses us with over and over again, always in new, unexpected ways.
There is no end to the learning of how to Love with a pure heart, there is no end to the healing of the heart. All of who we are, ever have been, and will come be exists within our hearts. There is an infinite amount of information and energy and potential within the heart. There is no end to the expansion of the heart.
There is no limit to the expression of Love.
Cacao helps us to expand our hearts into the fullest expression of the Love that we are, and enable us to extend this Love into the world increasingly. Cacao Spirit continues to teach me, and the more I share her medicine with others, the more I continue to learn about the infinite power of Love.
I am indebted to Paola for introducing me to the path of Cacao, and for all she and her partner Gustavo have taught me about working with this sacred medicine. It is a great honor for me to share Cacao with others, and I give gratitude daily to my teachers and to the Mayans and all the indigenous ones who have carried this medicine before me for making this path possible. I am truly blessed by this work.
GIVING BACK IN A TIME OF NEED
Presently, Paola is on a very intense healing journey with a recent diagnosis of breast cancer. Many of you may know her yourself, and many of you have sat in one of my own ceremonies.
