HOW TO PREPARE

You will make the most from the ceremony by preparing in the following ways:

• Create a simple altar to evoke sacred space in your room and to honor your journey with Cacao Spirit. 

• Have a private, quiet designated sacred space where you are comfortably seated and free of disruption for the duration of the calls.

• Before we begin, prepare your Ceremonial Cacao. We will drink together a little while after the call begins, so keep your cacao nice and hot in a thermos (and pour into a special cup when it's time) or covered until we are ready to drink. 

• Bring an empty small cup/bowl and spoon for making an offering (in addition to your drinking vessel).

• Have an unlit candle and matches or lighter with you and ready to light together during our calls.

• Have a journal, pen or pencil with you.

• Reflect on your intention for the ceremony as you prepare. 

• Come with an open heart ready to receive Divine Love.

• Afterwards, plan to give yourself some quiet space for integration and reflection before moving to another activity.

• Post-ceremony integration: Avoid social media and screens to the best of your ability for the rest of the day, drink plenty of water, enjoy a grounding meal, focus on restful and gentle activities, and journal about your experience.
