I invite you to join me for a heart-opening beachfront retreat in Baja, Mexico! This is a rare opportunity to dive deep with me in an intimate, oceanside setting for a ceremonial immersion into embodied self-love.

This will be the third time I’m holding this Baja retreat, which is a culmination of many aspects of my work focusing on the transformational power of Self-Love. This retreat enables me to share my secrets of sacred daily living and divine connection in the most authentically embodied way. I have a wealth of knowledge and years of experience with self-care practices, daily ritual, impeccable healthy eating, ceremonial cacao, spiritual practice, and so much more. Immersing together for an expanse of days is the most meaningful way for me to share my gifts with you.

You will experience just how simple it is to maintain daily self-care practices and how to align with the sacred available in every moment. All that is offered in the retreat is an invitation to be loving towards yourself, to honor yourself in your divinity, and to embody life as ceremony.

Everything you experience is meant to be a ritual, recipe, or practice that you can take back with you and implement in your daily life. You won’t just be simply receiving nourishing and delicious healing foods, you’ll learn how to prepare it all for yourself to enjoy back home! You will learn simple yet powerful daily structures for self-care from Ayurvedic rituals to daily movement and meditation, and connecting with the truth of you everyday.

This retreat is a powerful opportunity to cleanse the body energetically and physically, and you are encouraged to take this time to commit to the simple, plant-based foods provided, to digital detox, and to commune with the cleansing power of the ocean.

This is truly a pilgrimage! You set powerful intentions for your healing by making the commitment to journey to this incredibly beautiful, peaceful location and offering yourself to the healing path, under my guidance for the duration of the retreat.

My Heart’s Intention

I have personally spent several weeks at this very beach house many times in the past year, and it is truly magical! The beach house is located on a private spit, a long narrow strip of land stretching out into the ocean. There is an ocean view on both sides of the house, and water to be seen through every window.

The sand glitters gold on the beach and the ocean waves are gentle and inviting. You will be able to engage with the ocean wildlife, forage many varieties of sea shells, and perhaps see some whales and dolphins! :) It is a quiet, rather private beach where it is common to have it all to oneself. I feel very connected to this place and hold it deeply in my heart, and it would be my greatest joy to share the gifts of this land with you.

It is my heart’s intention to create a meaningful oceanside container for deep, powerful healing for you, and to help you learn and implement daily sacred self-care rituals that change the way you experience everyday life. You will learn how simple it really can be to take care of yourself in so many small ways through nourishment, physical and spiritual practice, connection with nature, and loving self-care practices.

This retreat is intended to transform you, inspire you, and expand your path of Self-Love in the strongest possible way.

There are TWO OPTIONS for joining me in Baja:

OPTION 1: 7 DAYS, 6 NIGHTS

OPTION 2: 4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS

Each retreat option is limited to a total of 4 guests. You will share a bedroom with one other guest, and have a bathroom for just the two of you. This is a great experience to share with a friend, or to make a new friend if you room with someone you don’t know. :)

This is an intimate experience of living in sacred community in a shared house, and with that I offer ways to uphold healthy boundaries and ways of navigating the shared space in a way that supports our need for alone time as well as intentional connection.

Retreat fee includes:

Shared double bedroom and full bathroom for the duration of your chosen retreat in a stunning, spacious beachfront house in an exclusive, non-touristy private nook of Baja (30 minutes south of Ensenada). See the slideshow of the house below!
Invaluable kitchen tutorials: You’ll learn how to make the simple divine foods we will be enjoying, and also learn how to sprout* and make herbal infusions* (*7 day retreat only), and more!
24/7 private beach access, just steps away from the house!
All nourishment: Simple yet delicious plant-based meals, snacks, and fresh juices, the healthiest possible food locally sourced and prepared with love by Angela

All food is plant-based, free of gluten, refined sugars and processed foods.
I will send registrants a food questionnaire to fill out to help me have the best possible foods for you.
There are no drugs, smoking, or alcohol permitted during the retreat.

Arrival and Departure:

OPTION 1: 7 DAYS, 6 NIGHTS

You arrive between 4-6pm on Thursday, August 18th to get settled in, oriented and share our first dinner together.

You will depart by 10am on Wednesday, August 24th.

OPTION 2: 4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS

You arrive between 4-6pm on Friday, August 26th to get settled in, oriented and share our first dinner together.

You will depart by 10am on Monday, August 29th.

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are 100% non-refundable. You may cancel your retreat up to July 18th, 2022 and receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the deposit. Due to the very limited size of this retreat, there will be no refunds thereafter for any reason. I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your personal security (I provide that info once you’ve registered). In the event that the retreat has to cancel due to a force majeure, the retreat will be rescheduled and your payments will be applied toward the new retreat date.

After you have committed to the retreat, I will follow-up with travel details, directions, and things to pack, food questionnaire, as well as a waiver for you to sign releasing me from responsibility in the event of any physical injury, etc that could occur during the retreat. I always set the intention for protection and safety in all of your travels and time spent in Baja. :)

Who is this retreat best for?

This retreat is perfect for any woman of any age seeking a meaningful, restorative experience to re-set, heal, and expand upon ways to care for yourself in an intimate sacred community container. You can be anywhere on the spiritual path and healing journey. All it takes is an open heart and readiness to receive.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included in the retreat cost, however I can assist you in making your travel plans and can help to coordinate carpools with other retreat guests where possible.

How far into Mexico from the US Border?

It’s about 2.5 hours from the border to the beach house- a very doable drive from the states. The beach house is near La Bufadora and about 30 minutes south of Ensenada.

What is the closest international airport?

Tijuana International Airport. From here, it is about a 2.5 hour drive to the beach house.

Do I need a passport?

A valid passport (for land or air travel) or passport card (for land travel only) within 6 months of validity is required.

Do I need a driving permit in Mexico?

Permits are NOT needed in the Baja Peninsula.

What are Mexico’s health requirements?

Mexico currently does not require testing or vaccination to enter the country.

What are the US requirements for re-entry via plane?

For US travelers, pre-departure testing requirements for air travelers to the U.S. are no longer needed regardless of vaccination status or citizenship, effective June 12, 2022.
