SACRED POWER JOURNEY TO INDIA

July 7th - 27th, 2024

SHIRDI ~ VARANASI ~ PENUKONDA ~ THIRUVANNAMALAI

Join me and Lora Stone in India this summer, in honor of Guru Purnima, the most auspicious Full Moon of the year!

Experience next-level transformation on a power journey straight into the heart of spiritual India. This is an experiential journey with a focus on meditation and the ancient Indian Divine knowledge. Daily satsangs, group meditations, and individual shaktipat will all be included along with time to explore, heal, relax and enjoy the magic of India.

The ancient knowledge of India is the root of the spiritual knowledge on the planet.  India is known as the great mother or 'grandmother' of the planet. All of the great saints walked the land of India, visiting the holy sites, temples and powerspots on their journeys. India is a land where people used to bow down and pray in gratitude when they landed on the Indian soil. The vibrations of India are like that. When you arrive in India, and especially when you visit a power spot or sacred place, you will feel transported into another world.

We will visit places that will fill your soul with cosmic energy and powerful healing vibrations. It is through direct experience that one is able to feel and absorb the power and transforming qualities of India. On this power journey, you will come to experience transformation that will create deep changes for you on a soul-level.

In India, there are more power spots, temples, saints and sages existing today than in all the other countries of the world combined.

For thousands of years, travelers have come to India, to learn from this great land, and to take the wisdom, knowledge and their personal experiences back to their countries to share.

GURU PURNIMA

Guru Purnima is the Moon of the Guru, and considered to be the most auspiscious Full Moon of the year. It is a powerful time to honor one’s lineage and teachers, and by doing so, receiving grace from the Guru. The energy of this Full Moon helps others to become more receptive to these blessings.

For those on the spiritual path, Guru Purnima is the most important day of the year to receive this divine grace.

THE PROGRAM

During our power journey, we will spend 8 days in Penukonda at the ashram established by Swami Sri Kaleshwar to participate in a 5 day Guru Purnima program to celebrate this most important Full Moon of the year.

The program will include transformative fire pujas, group meditations, sacred processes, inspiring satsangs, abisheks (washing ritual) with power objects, heart-opening bhajans (devotional songs), and more!

*Also important during this time is the opportunity you’ll have to create your own Power Spot in the sacred earth of Penukonda.

It is important for me to work with a healer who knows how to hold sacred space. Within the variety of Angela’s individual and group sessions I have participated in, the container is always held to the highest vibration of love. It is a safe place to open your heart into the depths of your healing.

There are angels on this earth, I know Angela is one of them. She demonstrates with impeccability: devotion, peace, tenderness, integrity, ancient wisdom, compassion, and most of all LOVE.

ABOUT THE POWER SPOTS

PENUKONDA

Penukonda is like no other place on the planet.

Penukonda is an ancient village located in the southern part of Andrah Pradesh, famous for its great spiritual wealth. For millennia, it has been the home of the siddhas (the highest spiritual seekers). It is one of the top power spots on the globe.

Sri Kaleshwar’s ashram, Shiva Sai Mandir, is situated on this ancient holy ground. Sri Kaleshwar referred to Penukonda as “the Divine Mystery Fort." It is the home to 365 temples and the summer palace of the famous king Krishnadeveraya. It is also the birthplace of Mother Divine, the birthplace of Dattatreya, the home of Jesus' power spot in India, and the place of countless powerful samadhis.

It was predicted four hundred years ago by the powerful saint, Virabrahmhendra, in the Kalajnana, a famous treatise, that Sri Kaleshwar would come to Penukonda at this time in history. The Kalajnana account foretold the coming of a young man who would come like a diamond from stone, whose soul bore the energy of Mother Divine. He would come in our time - at the turn of this century - to bring extraordinary light and astonishing knowledge to the world. The Mother, Adishakti Parashakti, would accept his pujas (worship). She would listen and answer his prayers. He would be an incarnation of love with extraordinary power. Just having his darshan (see him) was enough in a person's lifetime. He would spread the supernatural power channels to all the souls who were interested in learning from him.

Penukonda is truly an uplifting place. As soon as you enter the ashram, you can feel the strong divine vibrations. Penukonda supports everyone's spiritual process to be successful.

SHIRDI

Shirdi is a tiny village, located in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. The devotional strength of the place is so strong that even a casual visitor cannot remain unaffected by the faith and conviction of the devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba.

Shirdi Baba was an amazing Saint, a Shiva avatar, who lived his entire life as a beggar.  His simple outward appearance disguised the truth of his spiritual stature. He lived most of his life in a tiny dilapidated mosque, his 'Dwarkamai,' exposed to the elements. He represented all religions and helped unite the Hindus and Muslims. He is one of India's most renowned Saints -- his picture and his temples are seen throughout India and Baba temples are starting to spring up in many other countries in the world right now. It is the time of Shirdi Sai Baba.

Shirdi Baba chose to live as a beggar although he could have lived like a king. He received millions of rupees over the years from his devotees, in order to wash their karmas. he distributed all the money every night to the poor. He was a man of miracles, healing multitudes of people throughout his life and continuing to do so more and more powerfully since he left his body. Shirdi Baba took Mahasamadhi in 1918. His samadhi is placed next to his statue. It is a deep and powerful experience to receive Shirdi Baba's blessings and healing energy in Shirdi.  When you pay a visit to Shirdi, you are a guest of  Baba.

VARANASI

Varanasi is the oldest living city in the world, situated on the banks of the holy river Ganges. For thousands of years Varanasi, also known as Benares or Kashi, is known as the city of temples, classical arts, knowledge, poetry and philosophy. The ancient city of Varanasi inspired powerful masters such as Adi Shankaracharya, Kabir, Gautama Buddha and Guru Nanak Dev in their teachings.

It is said that one who dies or is cremated in Varanasi attains Moksha - freedom from the reoccurring cycle of life and death-. The Harishchandra Cremation Ghat is one of the famous burning Ghats. Swami Kaleshwar describes this Ghat: "Whenever you are in Varanasi, you need to visit that place. It has the same vibrations as the Himalayas. After that you have to visit Kashi Vishvanath Shiva Temple."

The Golden Temple in Varanasi is home to the first of a total of 12 Jyotirlingams in India which are self-manifested. This city is enchanting with its thousand-year-old traditions and conveys in its essence the idea of immortality.

Thiruvannamalai

Thiruvannamalai is the home to Ramana Maharshi's ashram and the famous Arunachala mountain and an ancient temple compound.

Thiruvannamalai is an important place for devotees of Advaita Vedanta master Ramana Maharshi, with Sri Ramana Ashram situated at its foothills. Sri Ramana Ashram was home to the modern sage from 1922 until his death in 1950, where thousands of seekers flocked to be in his presence. His samadhi shrine continues to attract devotees from all over the world.

Ramana Maharshi was a pure avadhut and achieved the highest levels in his spiritual process. Ramana Maharshi is famous for making the inquiry "Who am I?" He loved animals and took care of everyone in his ashram. This practice continues today. There are free feedings daily for the local sadhus and visitors.

Behind Ramana's ashram is Arunachala, the "Shiva" mountain. Arunachala is a holy mountain and one of the five main Shiva holy places in South India. There are origination stories of Shiva's power in this mountain. Arunachala is sacred and considered a lingam, or iconic representation of Shiva, in itself.

Devotees take pradakshina (clockwise circumambulation of sacred entities) of Arunachala which takes several hours. There will be an opportunity to do this on our journey!

ANGELA DE LA AGUA

IMAGE: ELENA RAY

Angela de la Agua is a priestess, healer and spiritual teacher based in the desert of Joshua Tree, CA, where she has been rooted since 2011. She was initiated into the Sai Shakti (Womb Chakra) path in 2017, and ever since has been working with clients and students as a certified healer and teacher to share the ancient knowledge as taught by Swami Kaleshwar.

Angela has 12+ years experience facilitating group containers focused on spiritual transformation by means of ceremony, healing retreats, and group programs. Widely known for her work with Ceremonial Cacao, healing foods, fasting and daily self-care, she helps others connect with the sacred found in every moment through heart-opening practices of self-love.

Her first journey to India with Lora Stone in 2023 activated a clear call to be in service to others called to sacred pilgrimage. The incredible blessings of her experiences in India transformed her life and ignited her deeper soul purpose, and she is so excited and honored to help others in their own journey of self-discovery.

This summer journey for Guru Purnima will be Angela’s third time in India in less than a year’s time, and her second time guiding a group power journey to India.

Love is the foundation of all of Angela’s work. It is her greatest joy to help others awaken to their own divinity through the remembrance of Love.

At age 75, this was my first visit to India. From the moment we arrived at the ashram, Lora became a nurturing presence, and throughout our time in holy places, she guided and supported me, even holding my hand amidst the bustling crowds without the reliance of a phone. She selflessly put my needs before her own, ensuring I had the best possible experience in these awe-inspiring locations teeming with thousands of people. The pinnacle of the trip was when she generously shared her personal encounters with Swami and graced me with shaktipat using her power objects. I am immensely grateful for this life-transforming experience and Lora has forever become a cherished soul sister.
