We are in an incredibly exciting time of transformation, with layers upon layers of energetics all pointing the focus inward to explore what needs to be permanently released for us to live in alignment with our heart’s truth.

The most powerful moment of Venus in her retrograde occurs next weekend when she conjuncts the Sun, called a Cazimi, which marks the midpoint of her retrograde journey and her descent into the Underworld.

The Cazimi occurs just a couple days after the Spring Equinox- a holy day marking the midpoint between the Solstices. The March Equinox is the death of the previous astrological cycle and the birth of a new annual journey around the zodiac.

The Cazimi is an activation of a Venus star point, a powerful time for setting intentions as a new 8-year cycle of Venus begins.

Inspired by the alignment of these two very important events, I’m sharing an in-person Cacao Ceremony on the day of the cazimi! :)

This ceremony will be working with the death/birth threshold of the March Equinox and the death/rebirth journey of Venus in her retrograde.

The journey with Sacred Cacao will feature a transmission from the Descent of Inanna, the ancient myth behind Venus’ retrograde.

I hope you will join me under the desert stars, in a womb-like earthen container around the sacred fire to honor this very rare moment marking the crossing of a significant threshold of transformation.
